Now, a trial version of "Professional" and other full versions are available and if I remember right when you are installing Express, it gives you the option to install a trial of Professional. When you talked to support did you specify "Express"?Īlso, are you positive you downloaded the "Express" version from here> Good thing I found out this is fraudulent advertising or I'd be sitting here with saved projects in it and after 30 days, wonder why the program stopped working and asks me to buy it. And I told him it would be used for 'personal use", btw. ![]() When I said the site said it's *free", he said, "Yes, for the trial period." He said the product is not free but will have to be paid for after the 'trial period' of 30 days is up. ![]() I called Microsoft on the topic of the product/registration key. ![]()
